A rich and ambitious red from a strict selection of grapes and a perfectly mastered ageing. Decant 1 or 2 hours before drinking to appreciate it while still young. Very beautiful dark robe, almost black. The nose has remained fresh despite a year of ageing. Wood does not dominate, on the contrary, it emphasizes and strengthens the fruit. Elegant notes of blond tobacco and curry appear on aeration. On the palate, the silky tannins, typical of beautiful syrah, bring elegance and the Cévennes freshness is always there.
This beautiful full-bodied Syrah will age for the coming two years. Already delicious after you have aerated the wine, eat it with a juicy steak, tender lamb, an aged cheddar or gouda.
