Cévennes freshness in an elegant white wine. Colour: the dress is crystalline with light green and gold highlights. The nose is still a little on hold at the beginning of the season. After a few minutes in the glass, it expresses itself delicately in a register of citrus, verbena and pear. The fresh and mineral attack of Rolle and white Grenache gradually gives way to the roundness of the Viognier. A beautiful, aromatic complexity that will please everyone.
