An elegant, delicate rosé, with character and freshness. The bright dress is a pretty pale raspberry colour. The nose is subtle, between citrus and white peach, with a mineral touch. On the palate, the wine is refreshing and gently tangy with a raspberry-enhanced rifle stone finish.

Pairing:

Chilled as an apéritif or as a delicious accompaniment to shellfish, grilled red mullet, white meat, salads and barbeques. Perfect for Mediterranean cuisine. It is a gourmet rosé, full of character and surprise.
