(English) A crisp and refreshing red that is reminiscent of some Burgundy pinots. Pretty, medium-intensity, ruby robe. The fresh nose evokes eucalyptus, redcurrant and peony flower, with a spicy touch. The character is crispy, atypical for a Southern wine, with its flavours of fruits of the forest. It is the magic of the marriage between grenache, the altitude and the Cévenol climate.
