Tasting notes:

An intense rich red wine. Colour: pretty ruby dress of medium-intensity. The fresh nose evokes eucalyptus, redcurrant and peony flower, with a spicy touch. The mouth is crunchy, atypical for a southern wine with its flavors of small red fruits. This comes from the magic of the marriage between Grenache, the altitude and the Cévenol climate.
