A unique blend between two grape varieties, so different and yet so close. Colour: pretty light dress of garnet with purple highlights, typical of both grape varieties. The nose is very expressive. There are notes of liquorice, undergrowth, plum and then raspberry with black pepper appears with aeration. The mouth is both powerful and fresh. It is a surprising balance between the tannins of Burgundy Pinots and the delicacy of Cévennes Cinsaults.
